Cell Phone Policy

 

 

Many people come to the library to find a place to read, study and use the library’s technology. We recognize the need for patrons to stay in touch with family, friends and associates but ask that everyone respect other patron’s needs and observe the following guidelines for cell phone use in the library.

 

• Speak softly or move outside for cell phone conversations.
• If your cell phone rings excessively or loudly, you will be asked to turn off your phone.
  
• Library staff may ask a patron to leave the library if they are using their cell phone in an inappropriate manner and/or disturbing other patrons.
