Free eBook/Audiobook downloads

Thanks to some generous donations to your library, you are now able to check out books from home through the WILBOR consortium.

Your library card is the "key" to downloading the books, from any computer that is connected to the Internet.  Visit this website,, log in with your library card number and password and click on the "catalog" tab.  The WILBOR logo will appear and you can then click and browse for your favorite authors and titles.  WILBOR help is available -- searching, downloading and questions you may have can be addressed from there.  Once you have downloaded to your computer you can enjoy the book or transfer to many portable or mobile devices to carry with you.  Ebooks will check out for two weeks (and can be returned early), audiobooks will check out for 1 week.  The books automatically return to the collections for someone else to borrow.

The Sidney Public Library is one of 150 Iowa libraries that have joined the WILBOR consortium.  Patron and community donations are what make this program possible.  Come into the library during regular library hours to obtain a free library card if you do not already have one.
